2. A two day workshop weekend where you’ll learn simple philosophies for a joyful life, down to earth ways to transform your negative mind talk plus create a connection with the healing energy and how to support yourself with it as part of your life.

3. A post workshop group connection to ensure genuine understanding of the concepts
